Disney channel cartoon set in outerspace?!

When I was younger there was a show on Disney channel with a blue alien boy set in outer space!. He has alien friends and I know one "girl" had lots of tentacle like eyes!. They lived in a round space station and got into trouble!.
I know the boy alien boy the main character had a little sister with telekinesis and they lived with their mom!.
It was such a cute show but I can't remember the name of it!.
