The Shakugan no Shana manga has been licensed by Viz media (they've released 3 of the 4 volumes)!. And that might explain why there's been a lack of fan-group scanlations for it (since March 07)!.

The Shakugan no Shana light novel series has also been licensed for English publication by Viz!. Unfortunately, due to the low market demand for light novels Viz has put a hiatus on the series after only 2 out of the 17+ Volumes!.

Luckily, the fan-group Baka-Tsuki has picked up the SnS light novels where Viz left off (started August 5, '08)!. But as it's a very recent project, they only have the prologue & the first chapter of Volume 3 posted!.
