I good manga is Chibi vampire (if you haven't read it already n_n) Its basically about this teenager who injects blood into others b/c she produces to much!. It tends to get funny and crazy!. it is a good read!.

Try Midori Days because it's about this highschool boy Sawamura Seiji who always get into a fight and all his classmates didn't like him!. He also get rejected by most of the girl in his school because of that!. People called him mad dog and he claimed his right hand--devil right hand!. There's this girl in his class that really hate him but after he saved her from the bully from other school she falls for him!. Keep in mind it's not the main storyline because this story kinda unique because something happen to his devil right hand!.!.!. well you just need to read it to figure out what exactly happen in the story!. The girl that falls for him also not the main girl character because the main girl character is named Midori (obviously) who like Seiji but she's too shy to tell him her true feeling!.
There's also some sorta yaoi stuff going on with Midori childhood friends!. He kinda fall for Seiji after Seiji saved him from a bully (again)!.
Another one I'd suggest is Hot Gimmick!. The girl is naive and she had been forced by this rich guy to be his slave!. This manga also about love triangle!. Well actually 4 guy love the girls but I'm not sure about this one guy feeling towards the girl!. This wasn't a comedy romantic manga though!. There's some funny scene but this is a real shoujo with more serious theme, much more tense and goes deeper in relationship theme with complex stuff compared to other shoujo stuff which most likely a girl fall for a boy and then the end stuff!. They also has some sex scene going on!. Don't worry the scene isn't hardcore like hentai stuff because keep in mind that Japanese was really open about nudity stuff compared to American!.
