-Anthy from Revolutionary Girl Utena [not too sure about this one]
-Choco Love from Shaman King
-Bob Makihara from Tenjho Tenge
-Dutch from Black Lagoon
-Matthieu and Hilda from Eureka Seven
-Barret from Final Fantasy VII [it's not an anime but oh well]

That's all I can think of right now but since most anime takes place in Japan you'll probably only see Japanese characters!.
