I know its kinda popular but rightfully so, you should watch naruto, it has a really good story about ninjas!. just avoid the fillers (pointless episodes) that start around episode 140 or something like that!. also check out Elfen Lied its really gory but based on what you've seen youd probably like it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
