Im not sure about full Anime episodes but you can download eoisodes into segments like part 1,2,and 3!.
ok heres how:
go to:http://www!.dvdvideosoft!.com/ and download the "free youtube to Ipod converter" free of charge, then install it onto your PC or Laptop, the when you have it, open the program and go to http://www!.youtube!.com/ and search the video or episode part you want and highlight and copy the url then paste it onto the "input url" box paste the url, and in the devices box make sure its on Apple ipod then click "download and convert" and when its done click on "output folder" then rename the file, and connect ipod and drag the file into your ipod music folder and you have that video!.(this also work with the PSP and other mp4 or mobile mp4 players)
I use this method to get videos on my psp without paying a dime!.

according to my experience, you need to download anime in mp4 format (because ipod can only read that, which sucks about it)
95% of the animes I downloaded in mp4 format does not work for some reason, and the ipod can't read it (and that pissses me off) and it can't even convert the videos with the itunes converter
what i do is download anime in avi format (most are in mkv or avi) and use a video converter (like imtoo video converter) to convert it to mp4 format and put it into the ipodWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah, on limewire you can download anime and if its under the format 'quicktime' which means it will have a little Q next to it!. also if you download any anime you can download a converter which will make it acceptable to put on your i-pod, just goggle search 'I-pod converter' !.Www@Enter-QA@Com
