I read the manga!.!.!. so let me tell you that Kaoru, Hikaru and Tamaki that likes Haruhi!. Kyoya likes her too but doesn't want to take any actions about it!.

Yea, Haruhi likes Tamaki!. She begins to like him after Tamaki told her about his past life and she begins to develop a crush on Tamaki after he kissed her on the forehead (after he told her about his story)!. Haruhi can't stop blushing whenever she saw him after that and gets jealous when she saw Tamaki kissed another girl!.

Tamaki Suoh!. No doubt!. Or should I tell you that she should like Honey!? lol ^^

I read somewhere that the creator of OHSHC said that both the anime and manga where purposely written to leave the possibilities for ALL pairings open!. However I feel that the most apparent in the Manga would be Tamaki and in the Anime would be #1 Tamaki again and #2 probably Hikaru!.
I'm not sure who Haruhi would choose!. She seems to treat them all equally!. However, it seems most fans agree that the signs point towards Haruhi/Tamaki!.
As for a good anime!. Given your favorites I would suggest something like Yu Yu Hakusho (my personal fav) because it has elements of all those animes: good fights, humor, emotion, intricate characters and a little romance!. if your looking for a shorter, more romantic anime that is somewhat bubbly and "feel good" I would say Peach Girl or (even more sappy and happy) Mermaid Melody which has a musical feel to it but is a little longer!.

From what I've read about the manga it seems that Haruhi has feeling for Tamaki but they have not been shown!. Haruhi has turned down Hikaru!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
