Does anyone know this manga?!

It's a shoujo manga!. I forgot its title and can't find it anymore at our Firefox's history list!.

Here's the plot:

There's this little girl, about the age of 4 [i think so] who's a daughter of a doctor [a cardiologist]!. His dad has a patient who's a boy about the same age as the girl!. The girl regularly visits and plays with the boy patient even though she's been told not to because the boy has a very serious heart failure!. Then one day, the girl heard his dad says that the boy would be living a short life [i think they presumed that he's only got 20 years to live or something]!. The girl was so upset and when he asked his dad, he said that there's nothing wrong!. The girl was so desperate that she made all her efforts for the boy to be cured [by feeding him lizards, etc!.]!. Then one night, they sneaked out the hospital to find the 4 leafed clover because the girl wants to find it and wish in it for the boy to be well!. They didn't find it and the boy said that it's okay and kissed the girl!. Since then, their feelings has been clear and they became inseparable up to their high school, until the boy said to the girl that he doesn't love her anymore but the truth is he only said that for the girl not to be so worried about him [his heart ailment] and because that he knows that he's near to his end and doesn't want the girl to be sad when he's gone!.


That's what I have read so far!. And by the way, there's a quote in the manga that I have always in mind!. the girl once said there that: "When papa lies, he smiles!."
