itazura na kiss and special a are some romantic comedies that i'm currently watching!. they're really fun to watch and highly entertaining!. clannad is another one that's pretty funny but it gets dramatic at times and can be a tear-jerker!.

I have not seen many of the Anime you have listed, but I hope I can give you some good suggestions!
If you liked Loveless, have you seen Gravitation!? I also liked D N Angel and Spiral too!.
Most of the Anime I have seen don't fall into the funny, cute category, but I will certainly try to give you some good ones!
I really like Saiungoku Monogatari!. it is a somewhat romantic story and has a little bit of a supernatural hint to it!. Oh, and the guys are gorgeous (that never hurts)!
also, you may like Vampire Knight!. i have not seen all of its first season yet, but I really like what I have seen!. And the manga is great too!
Since you have seen Inuyasha (loved it), Naruto & Elfen Lied, you may like Anime with some action!? The following are not romantic & cutesy, but I hope you would like them:
