Zero is a vampire!. Though he is also a vampire hunter!. His family (excluding his twin brother and himself) were killed by a pure blood vampire and she bit Zero turning him into a vampire!. His brother Ichiru helped the pure blood and is her personal slave!. Later Kaname kills the pure blood and she asks Ichiru to drink the rest of her blood!. Zero ends up being forced by both Kaname and Ichiru to drink their blood!. Then Zero turns into this mutant plant thing!.!.!.!. But the blood tablets you saw Zero didn't actually use because his body refused them!. He ends up drinking Yuuki's blood quite often!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
