a little bit of sexual tension between Rachel Dawes & the Joker in the ballroom scene!? I'm curious because I googled some TDK fanfic & a lot came up between Joker & Rachel!? What do you think!? Www@Enter-QA@Com

No, none at all!. Just because a fanfic has sexual tension (and boy, do most fanfics do!) doesn't mean it was in the story!.
The Joker was trying to get at Harvey Dent and Batman (mostly Batman)!. Knowing that Rachel was connected to them, or at least to Harvey Dent, meant he was messing with her!.
If you noticed, he was really trying to entice Harvey and/or Batman to come out of hiding!. The Joker, though crazy, I don't think would really have hurt her, at least not at that time!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
