Answers:
The only thing that limits how many Kage Bushin's Naruto makes is his supply of Chakra and him messing it up by not concentrating!. If he uses all of his Chakra (and Kyuubi's), he will die!. Although, I'm not sure about details when it comes to the separation of his Chakra and the Kyuubi, like would the Kyuubi's Chakra auto-flow into him if he were going to die from not having any!?

Best Character: Temari, I just like how she's not a flaming b*tch, completely useless or girly!. She's got attitude, but not crazy like Anko (who i also like, but not as much)!.
Best Jutsu: I love Sakura's new thing, where when she centers her Chakra when she throws a punch, it's like super strength!. I'm happy Kishimoto gave her something useful during the timeskip!.
Best Country: Fire, only because they're the most put together!. I want to learn about Rock and Lightning, but really you never get a lot of details about a country other than Mist, Fire, Wind (I'm getting countries and cities mixed up, I know I know)!.
Worst Thing: Really really REALLY bad characterization of female characters!. Most of them have a thing for one of the guys, and that's the only reason for them being a ninja!. also, none of them are useful really!. The only strong female characters are Anko, Tsunade, and Temari!. Sakura is hated because he made her a useless fangirl from the beginning!. He made Ino plain annoying!. Hinata a pedophile's dream and meek and unable to do anything!. He pitted Kurenai against Itachi in the first real fight we saw her, after which (no counting filler) she gets knocked up and now we'll never see her potential!. Tenten's oogling Neji and never gets time in the manga, you only learn anything about her through filler (and Kishimoto even said that she's his "type" of character, too bad we'll never really get to know her in the manga)!. Even Anko, the only battle we saw her in she was pitted against Orochimaru, lost, and then she kind of just disappeared!.

Depends on how much chakra he has!. In some episodes, he can only make a dozen, others, he can make hundreds!.
