Question: Should i play Final Fantasy7 before seeing Final Fantasy7: Advent Children!?

as what most of them said, if you're a real,die-hard final fantasy fan then i guess playing it wouldnt hurt a bit!. Since FF7 is considered as 1 of the best games (for most if rpg fans) with a great storyline!.
Although Advent Children is just a continuation of FF7-like after a year or two (2 maybe)!. I guess if you watch it without playing the game, you would have a few questions, that nothing like the internet cant provide!.
Maybe you can judge after you've watched it!. Its your choice, if you have the time, then play it!. If you think the movie is good for you & you want to know firsthand how things end up like that then i guess you can play the game!.

well, i saw the movie first
i saw the movie like 5 months ago, and after the movie i read up on what happened
and i just started the game,
you'll get a bit confused by the movie, but its not MAJOR confussion
you'll just be like!. " i wonder if i played the game they would explain it better"
if you really want to watch the movie go for it

well both stories are good!.!. but they're different!.
you could watch the movie and play the game later!. like that guy above me said, you better make sure you don't have any dates because this game will make you a zombie!. it's good!.!.!. it really is but it's long!.

Well, considering Advent Children was created as nothing but fanwank, it'd be a good idea!. It's an alright brainless action movie, but it won't make any sense unless you're familiar with the game!. =]Www@Enter-QA@Com
It would prob help a lil bit but would also take up roughyl 120 hours of your life, just read up on characters n story or something on wikipedia so u know the beef then watch the film!. all is good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
