It all depends on what you're looking for in an anime!.
I would have to choose either Trigun or Melancloly of Haruhi out of this list!.
Both of them are funny, although Trigun gets more serious as the show continues!. Melancholy has a few serious episodes, but for the most part is a comedy!.
If you want action, pick Trigun and if you want more of a standard story, pick Melancholy!.
