unfortunately there will be no more ouran high school host club!.
it was meant for only one season the last 2 episodes in the anime aren't in the manga they were there to finish of ouran high school host club
i would read the manga of ouran high school host club because it has gone way passed the anime!.

There is currently no second season of Ouran high school host club unfortunately and there have been no announcements so far that there will be a second season!.
While it is possible it might get a second season someday, the chances are pretty low since it has been almost 2 years since the 1st season!. For now you can only hope and read the manga!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
