It's a bit both!.!.!. he destroyed the cell phone sonar idea because he didn't like the idea of 'spying' other people!. That's just 'immoral' things to do ya know XD He told Batman he'll only used that idea one time only, that's why Batman told him after he's done, just type his name on the computer!.!.!.!.
