Wow, that's such a hard question! I have so many I like!
Well, when it come to it completely, I would probably say my favorite character would probably be Byakuya Kuchiki!.
Why!? Well, firstly, I like his Bankai and Shikai (hehe, pretty and painful), and also, you have got to feel for him when Hisana died and the burdens he had to bear when Rukia was sentenced to an execution!. He also always looks cool :D!.!.!.I haven't seen him look dorky once yet!. And, I love his appearances in the Shinigami's cup, it's always hilarious (the one where he gets Yachiru to be quiet by stuffing a bun in her mouth, priceless)!. And also!.!.!.I haven't seen floods of people liking him as their favorite, so let's be different!
I would say Ulquiorra next, then Grimmjow, then Yoruichi, then Urahara, then Ichigo, then Rukia, then Renji!.!.!.!.but seeing as you only asked for a favorite character and not several characters, I'll stick to the one!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
