The best and most cheatest way to kill Goku is if Light Yagami were to right his name down in Death Note!.
Or Monkey D!. Luffy were to able to defeat him in a fair fight!. They're both best friends by the way!. (There's a movie in Japan where they fight alongside each other against Enel!.)
Maybe instead of Naruto, maybe Kakashi and Uchiha together against him!.

Well, I believe the correct answer to that is Piccolo and Cell, who have killed Goku, although not through actually fighting them (Piccolo shot both Radditz and Goku who had him in a half nelson) and Goku was watching Gohan fight Cell and wasn't actually fighting himself!. Are you wanting to know which fictional character in any "universe" because I'm thinking the Silver Surfer could just grab Goku and take him to the heart of the Sun and that would be it for Goku!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sakura from Card Captor Sakura: She can stop time with the Time card!. Strip him of all his powers with the Erase card (or just erase him from exhistance lol)!. Obliterate him with the Nothing card!. Clone him with the Twin and Mirror cards!. Etc!.!. etc!.!.!.
Lelouch from Code Geass: If he could get Goku to look into his eyes (a rather easy feat if Goku isn't forewarned), Lelouch can put Goku under his control and have him suicide!.
Nono from Diebuster!. She's got speed equivalent to Goku (can warp across galaxies instantly)!. And we've seen her blow up a planet without taking more than a second to charge up!.
The Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann from Gurren Lagann with all it's pilots (like a dozen)!. This thing is larger than the Milky Way!. It could simply destroy the system Goku is currently in, taking him along!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
