Although he doesn't have a particularly good record when push comes to shove, I think John Constantine would have the advantage over Johnny Blaze in this particular match!. Constantine's unique blood factor probably would protect him from Blaze's Hellfire, and it wasn't Johnny Blaze who had the "penance stare" ability, that ability belonged to Danny Ketch, the second Ghost Rider (although the "Ghost Rider" movie showed Blaze using the penance stare, but I wouldn't consider that canonic)!.
Johnny Blaze would still have a degree of super-strength and be relatively invulnerable, so I would have to assume that Constantine would either cast a spell, which is something he doesn't do all that often, or simply dissuade Johnny Blaze from any further attacks and then defeat Blaze with magic when Blaze had his back turned!. Constantine is simply more worldly and more resourceful than Blaze, so I believe he would win out eventually!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
