Does the special edition have the same chapters as the original volumes!?

The special edition shows the Detective Conan movies and others but it is not same with detective conan manga chapters and sometimes thre is another series that show
the apprentice of Gosho Aoyama's manga!.The latest detective conan manga chapter is 657 and the anime is 506!.
