download a torrent with a software such as utorrent
download another software such as vidsplitter and crop the video to the clip you want
Option 2
Download a software such as Replay Capture Suite, go on a south park episode streaming site such as allsp!.com and capture the clip you want
Option 3
Go on youtube!.com and search for the clip you want and download it by youtubex!.com!. You might not be able to play it as flv however you can download a flv player or converter
