Question: Weird anime I saw 6 years ago!.!?
This chick was in a jail but she couldnt walk properly so this dude put this yellowy liquid-cylinder thing into her spine and she was in obvious pain!.
The chick told the dude that she wanted to escape this prison that she was being held in and that she only had one chance!.
She does this amazing jump combo off some building walls and tries to make it over the perimiter but some wires grab her by the legs and amputate them!.
I think it was some dark twisted anime but I could never find it since!. It was actually shown on Toonami or one of those late-night anime shows!.
