Did Joker ever fell in love?!

If you read the graphic novels that tells The Joker origin, The Killing Joke you can see he has a pregnant wife named Jeannie before he becoming The Joker!. If you mean after he becomes The Joker he fell in love with a Arkham psychiatrist which later being called Harley Quinn!. At first Joker only used her to escaped from Arkham and other crime stuff they do together, however if you read Emperor Joker he gives Harley a kiss!. In No Man's Land as they spend more time together he begins to enjoy her more in spite of himself!. Here's some funny moment about Joker and Harley Quinn

Joker had a partner in crime named Harley Quinn, but he didn't love her!. In fact, he's tried to kill her a bunch of times!. Last time he tried to kill her Harley got fed up and shot him!.
