If you mean you would like to do this as a career you have a long journey ahead!. First and foremost you will have to possess a very prominent voice!. Next you would have to be a worthy adversary in the fields drama/theater and acting!. Have you noticed that all the Disney and Pixar films have a very elaborate cast when doing voice overs!. The best thing you can do is get a talent agent if you think you have what it takes!. Show them what you are capable of and let fate take care of the rest, if you believe in such a thing!.
