It's a play off between Hanna Montana and Zach and Cody!. I'd like to see both shows taken off the air as an insult to people's intelligence!.
In the short term, I think that Hanna Montana wins as the worst!. At least the actors from Zach and Cody didn't do a kiddy porn shoot!. Man, her father should be locked up for letting her do that, and the photographer should be in the cell next door!.
