Well I guess he will just remain as the sand village's kazkage,and well now that the sand demon was extracted from Gaara he can finally able to sleep without having to worry about releasing the demon!. Although as for the rings around his eyes,that might still be the same because when the demon was put into Gaara,the demon as effects on his apperance,as the same goes for Naruto,as he has whiskers because of the Kyuubi,so they might still be there!. Although its possible now that eh demon has been extracted from him they might go away!.

Since he spent so much time not being able to sleep his even now by the bijuu being gone he will still not sleep as it is in his blood! so don't worry he will always have that black eyes!

Without Shukaku, he can now safely sleep, and does so!. In the manga, there are signs of the dark circles around his eyes lightening a bit, but who knows if they will ever go away!. IRL, genetics has more to do with dark circles than sleep does!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i hope the eye lines stays on!. I mean that's what makes Gaara him!. That and the "love" tattoo on his forehead!. But the eye liner is awesome on him!. hes probably the only guy who can pull off that look without looking emo!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
