I think he is ver fitting as the lead character!. However, I think he is voicing too many main characters, since I keep recognizing his voice in pretty much any anime I watch!. But he still does a phenomenal job as being the main character!. I like how he can have a deeper and calm voice like Lelouch, a high pitched voice like Renton, and a "battle" voice like Ichigo's!. He is a very talented actor including voice acting!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
He did great as Vash (Trigun) and Renton (Eureka Seven)~ these are too very different roles~ which as the first answerer mentioned, show his versatility as a voice actor!. As I mentioned in the answer I gave you for your other question, his recent voice for Lelouche was just too similar to the one he used for Vash!. His Ichigo voice was pretty good~ overall, he is a very good voice actor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I really like his voice and some of his performances but I have to say that it does get pretty annoying if all of my favorite anime's main characters is voice by the same actor using the same voice over and over!. But this is my opinion!. I really like him as Ichigo, Lelouch, and Renton!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
