I believe the episode when Ino cried was episode 32 titled Sakura Blossoms! It was when Ino saw Sakura getting punched in the head a couple times by Zaku!. I think the person who just made the AMV just added the Temari/Shikamaru thing in her eyes with some special effects or something like that!. And its definetley not Shippuden!.
