The second pic is Tobari (とばり) from a game called Pure Pure Mimi to Shippo no Monogatari (Pure Pure The Story of Ears and Tails)!. There is no anime adaptation of Pure Pure of announced plans of making one!.

For the first pic, if you look in the lower right corner, it says "kaze-hime!.deviantart!.com", so I'm guessing it's just some original characters she/he drew!?
