2!. Use a video slicer, like Adobe, then slice clips out of the show/ movie you are using!.
3!. Use MPEG to AVI to make them an AVI video!.
4!. Download Windows Movie Maker 2!.0 or 2!.1 then add the clips in different orders!.
5!. Drag the music onto the media/audio track!.
