Well we don't know just yet,all we know so far his Sasuke had used his new EMS to force the shinobi to revieal where the 8th demon is!. Most likely it is a type of genjutsu that Sasuke has used with his new EMS!. I think it is a new eye technique but if it were to be one it would probably be:

it is a new sharingan and i don't know about it,i just know that is eternal mangekyou sharingan!.!.!.maybe it is stronger than uchiha madara's eyes!.!.it seems like a star!.!.
