Currently, whether you have read the manga or watched the anime, Yuuki believes that she is in love with Kaname!. However, I believe that she has some minor doubts due to the fact that he is (1) different from her (as in he has led a pureblood's life while she grew up as a human), and (2) her feelings for Zero!. That is, in the manga she constantly thinks back to the time Zero tried to kiss her and was emotionally overwhelmed by the event!. also, her concern for him (becoming a Level E) interferes with her feelings for Kaname from time to time!.
I think her situation in this love triangle is quite ironic!. For instance, Yuuki has thought for 4 years that she & Zero had a sibling-relationship!. Basically, she treated him like a brother!. However, it turns out that Kaname is her blood-related brother (though not her "true" brother, but blood-related nonetheless)!. So I think a drastic 180 switch happens later in the story!. Because of this, Yuuki might begin to like Zero!.
The majority of fans believe that Yuuki will get w/ Kaname unless he dies!. But let's not forget that Yuuki was a little weirded out that she had feelings for her brother & vice versa!. This oddness might overwhelm her later in the story!. & if Zero actually admits his feelings for her, Yuuki might think twice about Kaname!. But who knows, maybe Zero will be the one who dies at the end!. One cannot tell at the current time!. But I think at the moment, Yuuki "thinks" she's in love w/ Kaname, despite the fact that she may have some deep feelings for Zero!.
I like both Kaname and Zero's characters!. It's a tough decision!. But I think I like Zero a tad more than Kaname!. But even if Yuuki chose one over the other, don't we all want what we don't have!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Yuuki right now loves Kaname more than Zero (Yes she loves both of them) But I think Yuuki is gonna end up with Zero in the end!.
