Through an Asian's point of view, they look Asian!.
Through a White person's point of view, they look white!.
I am half Asian and half white!.!.!. and honestly, I think they look Eurasian!. LOL!! Well, I think they have features that are both white and Asian!.!.!. they do not have mono-lids or epicanthic folds(that Asians have), but they do have flat noses and up-tilt eyes(that Asians have!)!.
A lot of Animators have been asked "Are the characters supposed to look white!?", but Animators say "No, they are meant to be Asian"!.
So, really, I think Anime character's features are too vague to really distinguish!.!.!. because it seems people see them different ways!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Each manga is different,so the style is different for each manga!.most of the ones I see kinda look a little caucasian to me b/c they have big eyes and their facial structure,but some characters also look asian in the manga,so I think that some characters look caucasian and some look asian in a manga!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
