Question: Which is better manga or anime!?

It depends on what you want!.
Manga:
(1) Is usually much more in depth than the anime, and explains the story a whole lot better!.
(2) Is written by the author, and is therefore the originally intended story!.
(3) You can take it with you and read it wherever you want!. No need to have access to a tv!.
Anime:
(1) Is generally a condensed version of the manga, and often leaves out many things for the sake of time and not wanting to bore out an audience!.
(2) Often meanders from the original storyline of the manga, and often has episodes or plots that have zero roots from the manga!.
(3) Sometimes has better art than the manga!. (the Getbackers would be a good example of this)
(4) Can often be ruined by bad English dubbing!. The only solution for this is to see it in Japanese with English subs!.
I haven't read/seen Black Cat, but I have seen almost the entire anime for FMA, as well as just finished reading #1 through #15 of the manga!. As to be expected, the manga explains things much better than the anime!. Plus, the anime goes in a completely different direction than the manga after a certain number of episodes!. If you want an in-depth storyline/plot, I suggest the manga, otherwise, if you don't mind brief and to-the-point, the anime may work for you!. The FMA anime has great dubbing btw!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I saw the anime of Full Metal Alchemist before I ever read the manga!. I'll just have to say that both are pretty different!. I stopped collecting after volume 10 (lazy I guess you can say!.) I also finished the anime a long time ago!. (Whenever it was finished in the US!.) So I cried more watching the anime than reading the manga, but it still continues now!. See with the anime it's well obviously animated but also with the music and the feeling it's deeper!.

I say manga about 90% of the time because I'm more of a book person than a TV person!. There are only a few instances where the anime is better!. This only happens if the manga had horrible art, was made after the anime, or it's Lelouch!. That manga was made of fail to great to name!.!.!. Hear the anime's good, though!. 1!. ur completely right since sometimes the anime really does get confusing if u don't pay close attention and i guess it could get boring since u move at the same pace as they're playing!.
2!.the anime could be really good since u don't have to think so have and want to give your eyes a break if u read too long!.
3!. the manga could be bad since it's not in color, but it has a detailed and more interesting plot!.
4!. the fast reader may prefer the manga since the story is placed into your brain faster, which is what makes it interesting to read of course!.
5!. t!.v!. watchers will always be attracted to watching the anime since it's easy! sure the manga is very good too, but a break is good for some people!.
for me, i don't really have a preference since im a loyal fan to both, but your choice really makes sense :) i agree!. have u tried watching bleach yet!? another great series!. u should try reading the manga too if ur a fast reader!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

FMA manga version is better, haven't read Black Cat tho!.!.!. but I'm a manga-person therefore I'd dedicated my entire life for manga only~~ XD
