You know, this has often been debated, but if we look at the facts, I would have to go with Hulk (even though I am a huge Spider-Man fan) if he can get his hands on Spider-Man!. Spider-Man can lift over 10 tons, but Hulk can surpass 100 with ease, so in essence, Spider-Man can't really hurt Hulk!. Spider-Man's spider-sense, speed, & agility may keep him from getting killed, but his best bet would be to web Hulk in the face & get the heck out of dodge while the Hulk ripped off his own eyelids!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Define "win"!. If the objective is to get the Hulk out of a populated area to protect citizens and remain alive, the web spinner can do that!.

Hulk!.!.!.the madder he gets, the stronger he gets!. Spidey wouldn't kill him and can't subdue him!.!.!.so even if spidey had the strength advantage initally (and I don't think he does) he would eventually be overwhelmed!.
