Itachi Removed the Curse mark forcing Orochimaru's Chakra to come out of Sasuke's Body, He came out in the form of a Hydra And it Spawned directly from the curse mark!. and Itachi destroyed the Hydra along with Orochimaru!. So Sasuke bears the curse mark no more!. The way i see it he closed a door to a source of his power, and Opened up another door to more power and techniques=Eternel Mangekyo Sharingan!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

However,during the fight with Itachi,we had seen Orochimaru appear from Sasuke,as Sasuke had absorbed Orochimaru before,and at the time of the fight was not able to hold Orochimaru back from being relasesd as he did not have enough chakra!. As,Orochimaru appeared from Sasuke,Itachi used Susanoo to seal Orochimaru away in a eternal genjutsu,by doing Orochimaru can't escape and the curse mark that was once on Sasuke was removed!.
