This is a gene matter!. It all depends if the Kekei Genkai is recessive or dominant!. (Wasn't it mentioned somewhere that you're most likely to receive the bloodline limit trait from your mother's genes!?)
If Sasuke and Hinata were to have children (*eye twitches*) I would say the kids would have Byakugan only because personally it seems more dominant than Sharingan since Hyuuga's are able to use Byakugan since birth!.
However, normally clans would not marry off their first-born of the main family to another clan!. Those kids would grow up to inherit their family clan!. The second, third and so on children were the ones who would be married off to other clans to strengthen alliances!.
If things were different, Sasuke would have been married off and Itach would be the one to inherit the Uchiha clan!. But since things are kinda backwards in the Naruverse, Sasuke is the only survivor, he's technically the heir now!. As for Hinata although she is the first-born of the Main Branch, she is not heiress, her sister is!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
