You will need a microphone for your computer to fill the voices, that I know!.
And you would need to download videos of the series you are making abridged
You should have Windows Movie Maker for free on your list of programs on the computer (like word documents come free)

I use windows movie maker!. ^^ I think it's the easiest way to voice over things!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
