What makes Superman the greatest is that he is the hero to the heroes, you know!? I mean, he's not just the perfect hero, but he's the perfect man!. Does no wrong, always fights for truth and justice and freedom!. Other superheroes like Spider-Man, Batman, etc are great, yeah, but they're all flawed!. They're just mean with superpowers!. Superman lives up to his name because he is not just Superman, but a super man!.
I'm currently re-reading the comic, "Kingdom Come", which is the tale of the DC comics universe in the future!. In it, Superman has retired and has been living alone for 10 years!. Throughout the book, it's constantly brought up that his disappearance caused many other heroes to retire!. After all, if the man like Superman, who brings hope to the world, is hopeless, then everyone will be!.
See, while other superheroes save people from danger, Superman saves them by, not only literally saving them from danger, but showing them how to live!. Giving them hope for a better tomorrow!. By helping them sleep better at night because they know they are under the safe watch of Superman!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

He's the only superhero who is naturally a hero and has to disguise his identity to blend in with society!. Every other superhero is normal and naturally blends in with society and only becomes a superhero when they don their superhero garb or use technology to become a superhero!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
