-This depends on which version of Hulk!. Superman is smart enough to outwit the original 1960 Hulk, but I think the more recent versions of the Hulk could fight Superman to a standstill!.

-Batman may lack powers, but he is one of DC Earth's finest martial artists!. Add that to his various weapons, vehicles, and tools, and I've got to give him the fight!. And you just know he's got something in his utility belt that can dissolve webs!.
thor vs he man (another toss up)
-Difficult to say!. But Thor is immortal, which gives him an edge!. Plus Thor can fly!. I've got to give this fight to the Odinson!.

-Like the Hulk question above, this depends which Green Lantern!. The Surfer could probably defeat the Golden Age Green Lantern without much trouble, and also the later versions whose power rings run out of power!. As I understand it, the GL's ring is now powered by pure will-power, and won't lose power as long as GL is willing to fight!.

-Now that's a movie idea! Powers are similar!. Ghost rider has the bike and chain whip, but Spawn's suit seems more versatile!. I'd give it to Spawn, but just barely!.
