haha!! Well for the most part no! Stewie has conversations with other characters in the show, not usually with other family members though!. Brian is pretty much the only one that has actual conversations with him!. They make it seem like the other family members can really only understand Stewies 'emotion' of what he is saying!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I dunno!. Personally I think it's the whole thing with people not being to understand animals and babies but animals can understand babies!. So the rest of the family and everyone else gets the kiddy version of everything Stewie says!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
idk!. the only one who explicitly understands stewie is brian and sometimes that dumb blonde!. They make it hard to tell since they way everyone else responds doesn't exactly let you know that they heard him or not!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
