Death Note:
Light Yagami discovered the notebook who could kill people, and decided to terminate all the wicked people, thus making himself the "God of the New World"!.
Death Note FTW! ^_^ You know why!? Death Note digs deeper to human "morales" while Bleach have the "save the world/friends" theme!.
Could you come up with the same genre!? I bet you could mention countless of anime/manga!.
All in all, I picked Death Note because it is short and sweet (up to volume 12, episode 37, chapter 108), while the anime/manga of Bleach have some unnecessary fillers, in my opinion (although I look forward reading Bleach too)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Kurosaki Ichigo,a teenager who can see spirits!.One day he meets a strange girl,Kuchiki Rukia,she reveals that she is a shinigami[a deathgod]!.Then a hollow[sort of negetive spirits] crashed into ichigo's house,in order to save his family,Ichigo decides to borrow some of Rukia's shinigami powers,but instead of some of the powers,he ends up it all of it!.and later on for leting ichigo have her powers,Rukia gets sent to execution in soul society!.
THE PLOT OF DEATHNOTE:
Yagami Light,a person who has a clear view of justice,aware of the crime in the world,accidently comes acroos a black note book,which has the power to kill anyone when there name is written in the book!.He kills most of the major criminals in Japan,soon the police try to investigate this and a famous detective,L gets involved,he too has a strong view of justice!.Light pretends to help the police,but hes really trying to stop them from discovering the truth!.Light also meets a shinigami called Ryuuk,the real owner of the death note!.later on Light creates a name for this character who is killing the criminals,Kira!.in several events,L has suspected Light to be Kira!.Soon Light meets another Death Note user called Misa and her shinigami,Rem!.Later on to save Misa Rem is forced to kill L!.tO REPLACE HIM N os introduced!.L's successer!.At the end Light tells the police and N the truth and tries to kill them all,but as it turns out the book Light used was fake,so Light kind if goes phyco,he gets shot in the arm and soon Ryuuk writes Light's name in the book,and Light dies!.

Anyways, while she was fighting a hollow, he wanted to save his family from that same attacking hollow, and Rukia gets severely injured!. She has to transfer her powers to Ichigo, and he finishes the hollow off!.
Later on, him and his friends has to go to the Soul Society to save her from Execution !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well!.!. I'm too lazy to answer the first part but!.!.!. I'd have to say I like Bleach better!. I really like Death Note, but I wish it was longer, and I like action-ey animes like Bleach over Death Note!. However, I'm a big Death Note fangirl nonetheless!. (Along with Bleach!. XD)Www@Enter-QA@Com
