Have Movies become the new Comics...?!

Question: Have Movies become the new Comics!.!.!.!?
Years ago it was really difficult to produce a superhero movie due to the fact that the special effects were so expensive to replicate!. With the advent of CGI effects and their increased popularity that has led to a glut of superhero movies (Ironman, Hulk, X-Men, Spiderman, Batman) over the last few years, is it now a case that movies have replaced comics in the creative process!? Or do comics still have a place in the 21st Century!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
It's debatable that movies have become the new comics, but many comics have become new movies and comic book series will likely be used as source material for future movies until such time as enough people won't pay to see such movies to make it profitable to make them!.

Meanwhile, comics still have a place in this century even if more people become alliterate (able to read, but not desiring to do so)!. The wedding of pictures and words has too great a potential to simply fade away because comic books don't have nearly as many readers as they had even twenty years ago!. Comic books that feature so-called "super-heroes" may dry up and blow away eventually, but some form of comics will survive even if it is only in the graphic novel format!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

In the creative process, no!. Movies are very much about giving the public bread and circuses, which is different from comics -- I was listening to a rap song the other day where this guy was reminiscing about drawing comics in the street -- which no doesn't mean graffitti, it means while hanging out the kids would impress each other by drawing so and so!.

Movies are a disenfranchisement!. They are interested in us as consumers -- period!. I've actually heard crazies talk about putting a royalty charge on musical instruments!. I've known cartoonists and others!. Really, my parents read and believed in the Seduction of the Innocents -- which you can look up -- and I'll tell you it was political!. He was accusing among other things Batman and Robin of having an intergenerational affair because he was afraid of the kids on the street having something real they could call their own, and he was joined by many many others!. And movies are about telling kids on the street that what they can call there own is not real!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't think Comics have been replaced!. I believe Comics in general have suffered due to other platforms being available!. Comics haven't been very popular since the late 80's!. People are simply forgetting they existed!. People rarely have conversation's about Comics!. So therefore there is a lack of "Word of mouth"!. They are not as widely available as they once were either!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
