Let me break it down for you:
FLYING
*You get to fly like a bird -- just like we've always dreamed
*No more traffic nightmares
*You get to explore the city and country in amazing ways
*You get access to areas inaccessible to others: The top of a skyscraper, the middle of the Grand Canyon, or skimming the surface of your favorite lake or ocean
*Because of your power, you could choose to be an international celebrity, making many millions off of any endorsements!.
*If you didn't want to sell-out and endorse products, you could make money just by agreeing to let scientists research your unique powers
*If you wanted a traditional job, you could be the fastest window washer alive for skyscrapers, or you could work construction -- you wouldn't need a harness
INVISIBILITY
*You could observe others without your knowledge
*You could look at naked people
*You would be the world's best thief, accumulating all the money and toys that you want (though watch out for movement sensors and infra-red devices)
*If you're really evil, you could do all kinds of harm: Trip people, embarrass people by pulling down their pants, squeeze woman's breasts, etc!.
Basically, invisibility is just for causing mischief, while flying has many practical applications, AND you could choose to take your powers public and have all the fame and fortune you want!.
