Well Inu thought, 'the reason Kagome was born was to be with me'!. Then they end up getting married!. Even though we don't see the admitions, we know it had to be said!.
I'm sure Koga did!. Once Kagome was taken (by being married) there was no reason they wouldn't!. (her name was Ayame btw)
Naraku died along with the Sacred Jewel!.
Kikyo died along time ago!.!.!. I don't remember exactly how it went down, but I think Naraku did it!. Inu was totally depressed about it too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
