Answers:
English is pretty much the most infleuntial language right now in the world, so to better accomodate to the American viewers here, many Disney celebrities outside of the U!.S!. learn a little English!. Since the two most powerful countries (the United States and Great Britain) are so influential and reach out to so many other foreign countries, it is not surprising to see that many countries have English as a second or third language!.

China!.!.!.that's a tough one!. First of all, English and Chinese are like on the opposite ends of the language spectrum, so I imagine that it's pretty difficult for them to speak English!. Even if they do speak a little English, the speakers might not be comfortable with the heavy accent and the pronunciation!. So to make it easier on themselves, they simply speak in their own language!.

India isn't like a sub-Saharan African country where half the population is camping out in refugee camps or diagnosed with malaria and AIDS!. It might not be as luxurious as England or France, but it has its perks too!.

I hope that answers your questions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've never seen that show!.!.!.
Most people in other countries learn or have been taught English because it is the second or third most spoken language in the world!. It would have a lot of advantages if nearly everyone speaks it!.

And India is a third world country, although it's developing quickly economically, so it WOULD have a lot of poor people, starvation, etc!.
But not everyone there is poor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i thought india was too!. but maybe they showed the nicer part of india!. that doesnt mean all of india looks like that!. like when they show the american one, not all of america looks like that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

they have cue cards for the people who don't speak english very well!. if you look carefully, you can see they they look to the left or right of where they're suposed to be looking!. and they get expressions mixed up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
