i watched the first episode, then i found out about the order of episodes that i should watch!. so now i watched the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd!. but i don't understand about this order;

That would be the "Broadcast Order"!. Originally what made Haruhi so popular was the bizzare order the episodes were released in!. It broke up the series more and made it more interesting and wierd, like Haruhi herself would prefer to watch it!.
For the DVD releases the episodes were compiled in chronological order, but some versions came with the broadcast order DVD's!.
There's a second haruhi season coming out called "The Sigh of Haruhi Suzumiya" (I think)--I'm not sure if the episodes in this series will be in a strange order too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah they aired it in a somewhat random order!. If you wiki it, you can find the correct order to watch them in!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
