Not currently in America, but two publishers have tried "Stories from the Bible" which didn't sell well enough to continue, and "Treasure Chest" was a giveaway comic book series that was distributed via parochial schools and the Catholic Youth Organization for nearly two decades!. A few "Underground Comix" did depict Jesus in several unconventional ways, but I don't recall him ever being given the super-hero treatment; it is possible that an "Underground" or two may have featured Jesus as a super-hero and I just didn't see it (or them) because "Underground Comix" had a terrible distribution system, but I doubt such an experiment was tried!.
Catholic nations tend to be the ones who publish the most comics dealing with Biblical characters, although stories from the Old Testament far outnumber those published featuring New Testament material!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
