I'm pretty sure all Hannah Barbera cartoons are currently property of Cartoon Network witch a part of Turner Network witch is all owned by Time Warner!. The classic episodes are currently being featured on the Boomerang network (a sub-network of Cartoon Network)!. Adult Swim also produces many shows like Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law and the Venture Brothers that feature the old Hannah Barbera characters but I wouldn't recommend those shows for kids!.!.!. or even anyone who gets easily offended!.!.!. or is sober!.
Anyway, to really answer your question, since Time Warner owns the rights to all those shows I'm sure they have people checking the net for illegal show postings, and since most of the sites that I've ever seen that actually do post copyrighted video content don't stay up for to long, I really doubt that they would take the time to post really old cartoons!.
