1!. Deadpool, Marvel Comics, he will be in the new Wolverine movie played by Ryan Reynolds apparently but really deserves his own film!.
2!. Tough to say, probly I'd say go with Dr!. Killebrew and Deadpools love affair with Death as an origins story, takes place right after his time in Weapon X!.
3!. I actually like Ryan Reynolds as the part, since Deadpool is disfigured and always wears his mask looks don't matter that much but he has the right attitude!.

From Marvel Comics: The Vision & The Scarlet Witch, Ant-Man, Moon Knight
From Others Companies: Flaming Carrot, Madman, X, Ghost, any from Astro City
As far as villains: stick with the more popular villain for each in the comics (for example: Sinestro for Green Lantern, Shado for Green Arrow, etc)
Who would play them - well, I would hope it would be someone of considerable acting talent and that the script would be well-written with an understanding and appreciation for the source material!.
I am really looking forward to Watchmen - I hope they can pull it off!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
